These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.trendsbeautyonline.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from ADITYA EXIM ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Return/Refund policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the purchase.


3. Products and descriptions

  • We sell cosmetics and beauty products. We try to describe and photograph them accurately, but colours may look different on your screen, and packaging or batch details may change without notice.
  • Product weight, quantity, ingredients and usage instructions are shown on the product page and packaging. Please read them before use.
  • All products are sourced from [authorised distributors / brand owners / manufacturers] and are genuine. Each product carries the manufacturing and expiry details required by law.
  • Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item is out of stock.

4. Product safety and responsible use

  • Cosmetics can cause reactions in some people. Do a patch test before first use, and check the ingredient list for anything you are allergic or sensitive to.
  • Stop using a product and consult a doctor or dermatologist if you notice irritation, redness, swelling or any other reaction. Keep out of reach of children, and avoid contact with eyes unless the product is made for it.
  • Information on the Website is for general guidance and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person.

5. Pricing and taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

6. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order by email, SMS or on the Website, after payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, an address we cannot deliver to, suspected fraud, or incorrect information. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the full amount in 4-7 days.


7. Payments

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay and the payment methods shown at checkout, such as cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Your order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. If money was deducted but you have not received a confirmation, please contact us with the payment ID and we will check, usually within 2 working days.
  • Failed or duplicate payments are normally returned to the original payment method by your bank or Razorpay within the timeline they specify.
  • Keep only if you offer Cash on Delivery: COD orders may carry an additional fee and must be paid in full at delivery. We may refuse COD for some pincodes or orders.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship through courier partners such as Shiprocket and its network. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed, as delays can arise from courier issues, weather, strikes or other causes outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please provide a complete and correct address and a working phone number. If delivery fails because of wrong details or because you were unavailable, we may charge for re-shipping or cancel the order.


9. Cancellations, returns and refunds

  • Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. We will refund the amount paid. Once shipped, the Return/Refund policy applies.
  • Returns: Because cosmetics are personal-care items, for hygiene and safety reasons we accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.
  • Opened, used or sealed-but-tampered products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 4 to 7 working days of approval, subject to your bank's timelines.


10. Your use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information or use another person's details or payment method without permission
  • Misuse the Website, try to break its security, scrape it, or introduce viruses or harmful code
  • Place orders for resale if we have not agreed to it, or use the Website for any unlawful purpose
  • Post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, defamatory, infringing or unlawful

We may suspend or block access if you break these Terms.


11. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and that it is honest and lawful. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display and use it on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.


12. Intellectual property

The Website's text, images, logos, design and other content belong to us or our licensors, and brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.


13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We provide the Website and products with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we do not guarantee that the Website will always be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. We are not liable for reactions or results caused by misuse, ignoring instructions, skipping a patch test, or undisclosed allergies. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.


14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, to the extent permitted by law.


15. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services, such as payment, shipping and social media providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.


16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government orders, supply chain disruption or network or payment-system outages.


17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory consumer rights, any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.


18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date, and applies to orders placed after that date. Please check this page periodically.
